Job Summary for Client Relationship Manager
At Kofz Events, we seek a skilled Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional event solutions. The CRM will be responsible for client acquisition, account management, event planning and communication to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities – Client Acquisition
- Schedule meetings with vendors and clients
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing client relationships and acquire new business
- Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their goals, preferences, and expectations
- Collaborate with the event team to design and deliver tailored event solutions
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing
- Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations to build relationships and showcase event capabilities
- Gather client feedback, analyze event success, and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and client satisfaction metrics
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and CRM data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc./HND) in Hospitality, Events, Marketing, or related field
- Must be willing to travel if the need arise for event purpose
- 3+ years of experience in event management, sales, or account management
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creativity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with event planning software and technologies
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations
Work Environment
- Office-based with regular travel to client meetings, events, and site visits
